Are you the kind of person who loves getting things organised, spotting the tiny details others miss, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes?   

We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join a friendly HR team on a temporary basis.

  What you’ll be doing:

  • Organising and updating employee HR files and records
  • Uploading documents into HR systems to improve employee self-service
  • Creating and maintaining HR contact directories and resources
  • Auditing new starter and leaver records for accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting improvements to digital HR processes and forms
  • Helping coordinate interviews with hiring managers and agencies
  • Assisting with HR administration and reward documentation
  • Working closely with HR, IT, managers and external suppliers

   What we’re looking for:

  • Previous HR administration experience (generalist or specialist)
  • Someone highly organised with brilliant attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • A team player who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Someone who understands the importance of confidentiality and data protection
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) would be a bonus

Temporary Legal Secretary

  • 1 Week Cover
  • 27th July – 31st July
  • 9am-5pm
  • £15 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide one week’s holiday cover at our clients busy litigation practice in Fordcombe.
  
Duties:

  • Audio typing and preparing legal correspondence, court documents, and other legal documentation.
  • Managing solicitors’ diaries, appointments, and case files, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaising professionally with clients, barristers, courts, and other third parties.
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, document management, and maintaining accurate case records.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous legal secretarial experience
  • Excellent audio typing skills (essential)
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Must be a driver
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  
This is a full-time temporary position and is ideal for someone available immediately who can work independently with minimal supervision.

We’re recruiting for a Temporary Banking Operations Administrator to join a highly respected, purpose-led financial organisation on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
 
This opportunity would suit candidates with previous experience in retail banking, savings operations, financial services administration, mortgage administration, account management support, or other regulated financial environments.
 
Working within a specialist Savings Operations team, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This role would suit someone with strong admin skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Experience within banking, finance or regulated environments would be a bonus, but not essential.
