Are you a confident communicator who loves building genuine relationships and uncovering opportunities through research and insight? Methodical, detailed professional who believes in team work and strong work ethic. 

Excellent on the phone and comfortable speaking to varied clients. 
  
We’re working with a respected, long-established organisation that provides innovative environmental protection solutions across the construction and industrial sectors. With over 30 years of success, they’ve built a reputation for quality, professionalism, and high standards — and they’re now looking for a driven Client Development Executive to join their expanding team.
  
The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and contributing to business growth in a thoughtful, professional way.

You’ll research potential clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and help them understand how your company’s services can support their long-term goals. This is not a high-pressure sales role — it’s about creating meaningful connections, following up with care, and delivering service that reflects the company’s values.
  
You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive team that truly invests in its people and takes pride in doing things the right way.
  
What we’re looking for

  • Have experience in business development, sales support, or client engagement
  • Are confident, articulate, and professional in your communication
  • Enjoy research and understanding how businesses operate
  • Have the initiative to secure meetings and build rapport
  • Are motivated by quality relationships and long-term results
  • Bring high standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
